IN September 2025, AFTER 7 YEARS OF CHEESEMAKING DELIGHT, WE HAVE HUNG UP OUR APRONS FOR THE LAST TIME! Cheesemaking by hand, in the volumes we have been doing, is a demanding venture. Now we are turning our focus and energy towards our little Providore Shop, developing the Co-Op feel and embedding it more into the community.
