Like an old, favourite family horse, our cheesemaker has been turned out to pasture!
What began, 7 years ago was only meant to be a “bit of cheese for family”. Blue Sky Cheese took us by surprise with its popularity and following. It has been a fun and interesting journey. We are very proud of the cheeses we have created and have truly enjoyed sharing our cheesemaking with so many.
This little business led us to Mendooran’s old butcher shop and now we’d like to focus on developing Blue Sky Cheese Shop into a community Co-Op. Of course we will still sell artisan cheeses for your happy hour snacking.
Our Grazing Tables will be held every month and a Trinkets and Treasures Market every season. There are some other plans in the pipeline, so stay tuned.
